TERMS OF SERVICE
By working with us, you agree to the terms listed below. So please make sure you read through it carefully.

Upon discussion. You will be compensated for content you create or help with.
All payment s are in United States Dollar. (USD)
Payment will be based on income generated by your content.
Payment can be made through CashApp, Paypal and/or Venmo. ♡
───── ❝ ・⏳ ┊ TIMEFRAME・ ❞ ─────
Average shoot times can vary between 30 mins to several hours.
We will work with your available timeframes. Please provide your schedule, when prompted.
Please understand that we can do our best to accomodate schedules, but ..
- We might need to recast roles if timeframes are not working out with production times.
Please do not work with us if you are expecting just to ERP.
We work with content creators wanting to produce quality content, this is a passion project for us.

Siren Song Studios will be making and producing photos, videos, GIFs and other content.
You are free to take any photos and videos, but please speak with our Staff before posting.
Please note that any content made during SSS specific shoots will fall under our copyrights.
You will need R's written permission to post promotional work from any SSS shoots to your socials.

By reading the rules above, you agree to the entirety of our Terms of Service & Use, and Copyrights.
You agree to keep a business orientation when working with us.
- This means you will do your best to keep your emotions in check when working with us.
- You will not come into this with the intentions to just erp and/or date other team members.
- We understand that relationships develop when working intimately with others, but do not let it get in the way of work.
- You understand that you may be working with multiple people on multiple projects, not just one person all the time.
If you have trouble with another team member, please bring it up to our HR Team, before speaking with R.
You agree to stay up-to-date with news, announcements and other updates via our Tweets, and/or Discord posts.
You agree to NOT crop out, remove, alter, or edit our signature, logo, watermark, and/or credits in any manner.
You agree to NOT use any avatar that is not paid for, leaked, or ripped when working with us.
You acknowledge that content created within SSS 's film, photo and/or promotional production falls under our copyrights.
If you are terminated or leave the team for any reason, you agree not to use content made during Siren Song Studios without written permission.
- Permission can only be granted by SSS' Head Team, currently consisting of R', Redfall, and Karma Clearwater.
You agree that If our Terms of Service and Use are not upheld, your content upload and usage rights can/will be revoked.
- This means that you will no longer be able to upload content that was made during SSS shoots.
- You will be allowed to keep up any content you posted while you were a part of our production team.
- Any work that you've done for our team will be allowed to be used under SSS' name for content or promotion.
COPYRIGHTS

SSS retains all copyright to our work and content, regardless of whom the Intellectual Property belongs to.
We reserve the right to upload any content that was produced to our personal and public websites.
If you no longer hold interest in your content, please do not ask us to remove it from our galleries.
We have every right to refuse a collaboration, please do not harass us if we choose not to work with you.
We are not obligated to post your content to our galleries or websites. We will do so at our desire.
We eserve the right to use rejected content and cancelled projects for our own use or for resell.
When our content changes hands, our terms of service still apply. It is the traders responsibility to make the new owner aware.
It is our right to post, distribute, copy, and reproduce your content made with us, which can be utilized for monetization.
We retain the right to edit, crop and modify your work made with us as sample/promotional content for future products.
You agree that If our Terms of Service and Use are not upheld, your content upload and usage rights can/will be revoked.
- This means that you will no longer be able to upload content that was made during SS shoots.
- You will be allowed to keep up any content you posted while you were a part of our production team.
- Any work that you've done for our team will be allowed to be used under SSS' name for content or promotion.

While with SSS; you are allowed to post promotional work you've made with us such as:
- Teasers for upcoming content within Siren Song Studios.
- Photos, Recordings, Snippets, and GIFs made during shoots.
You must have written permission from R', Redfall, and/or Karma Clearwater to do any of the following:
- Post photos taken during filming or recording.
- Post mini recordings or small segments of the production.
- Alter, edit, copy, trace, reference, distribute or otherwise modify SS' content in any shape or form.
You may not claim content made for/with SSS as yours and/or edit the nature of our content at any time.
- This means you can not take a snippet from our production, change the story behind it, and re-post it to your site.
If you have questions about what you can and can not do with content you make with us, feel free to ask us at anytime.

You agree to keep information regarding Siren Song Studios private.
- This means you will not speak openly about current or future projects to frends or the public.
- You will not talk about other team members on specific projects, or release private information about them.
- Absolutely no detailed pre-release information is allowed to be given, such as themes, topics, and/or genres.
You agree to not release any detailing information about your fellow co-workers.
You are allowed to openly state that you work for us, such as posting it in your bio/profile.
Feel free to ask R, Redfall, or Karma about any SSS information you are/aren't allowed to post.
